Heather Norton Moss, LMFT
LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST & CLINICAL DIRECTOR
I love working with individuals, couples, and families because I truly believe that a supportive and loving relationship/ family is one of the most amazing gifts we can give to ourselves, children, and loved ones.
Helping new parents adjust to the transition to parenthood is a passion of mine. Becoming a parent is incredible, joyous, tiring, and at times a difficult experience. For many, it will be our most life-changing experience and one of those unexpected and challenging changes. It will shift, but there are some actions you can take to help maintain your sanity, connection, and relationship. I can draw on my experience with The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model, Nonviolent Communication Model, and Mindfulness Couples Therapy to help you and your partner develop more connecting communication skills, identify the core feelings causing you distress, and manage the stressors of life while nurturing your relationship.
I also specialize in working with survivors of trauma. I have worked with trauma survivors throughout my work as a therapist and am continually humbled by the tragedies folks can heal from. As a certified EMDR clinician and have seen the impact it can have on healing individuals, couples, and families dealing with PTSD, CPTSD, and trauma. I have seen how healing past trauma can bring loved ones closer together.
With over 20+ years in the mental health field working with individuals, couples, and families I help individuals and families build strong bonds in their most important relationships and rebuild trust, respect and connection.

LICENSED ASSOC. MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST
Glad to meet you! I love working with couples and individuals, including teens. I have a client-centered, strengths-based, and empowerment-oriented approach to therapy and believe that a safe relationship between client and therapist is paramount to healing. I enjoy working with people in times of transition, including during pregnancy and postpartum, aging, chronic health conditions, career transitions, and grief and loss. I am committed to earning your trust and confidence during our initial sessions from which we will work together to navigate life challenges, strengthen and improve interpersonal relationships, improve personal well-being, reduce anxiety and depression, to activate the self’s ability to heal from trauma and attachment disruptions.
My clinical orientation is based upon the foundational theories of humanistic psychology, attachment, cognitive, holistic/integrative, family systems, and positive psychology. I am an EMDR trained therapist, including specific training in FLASH, attachment-focused, and specific traumas/phobias with additional certifications in treatment for anxiety and depression, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), personality disorders, grief therapy and treating trauma. I am trained in The Gottman Method which is an evidence-based form of couples therapy that strives to assist couples in achieving a deeper sense of understanding, awareness, empathy, and connectedness within their relationships that ultimately leads to heightened intimacy and interpersonal growth. Additionally, we work together to achieve balance in the daily routines, understanding each partner’s inherent strengths, and learning to accept the things that cannot be controlled.
P.s. If you are drawn to exploring nature’s ability to improve overall well-being, happiness and promote healing, then I invite you to join me in an eco-therapy session! Let’s do this!

LICENSED ASSOC. MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I commend you for being here. My goal is to offer a compassionate, supportive space where individuals and families can explore challenges, build resilience, and experience meaningful growth.
Before becoming a mental health therapist, I spent four wonderful years as an elementary school teacher. That experience helped shape my passion for working with children, teens, young adults, and families—supporting them not just in the classroom, but in life.
Now, as a therapist, I bring that same compassion and understanding into my clinical work. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective, evidence-based method for processing trauma and distress. I believe that connection is at the heart of healing, and I’m here to walk alongside you—wherever you are on your journey.
My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each client’s individual story. I strive to foster a safe space where healing can begin, strengths can emerge, and meaningful change can take root. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative—tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.
As a mental health therapist, I work with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

LICENSED ASSOC. MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST
Many of us go through life rarely feeling truly heard or accepted. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate care where you feel deeply understood—by me and, most importantly, by yourself. My heart gravitates toward uplifting your strengths, nurturing the relationships you cherish, and helping you access the inner wisdom and courage you already possess.
I work with children, individuals, couples, and families, and I am truly grateful for the trust it takes to share your trauma wounds and life with me by your side. I offer support for a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma healing, executive functioning skills, addictions, emotional regulation, and parenting struggles.
My approach is holistic and strengths-based, offering LGBTQIA+ inclusive and neuroaffirming care in a safe, compassionate space. As a mother, I bring a personal understanding to my work with children, families, parents, and caregivers, helping them feel heard, more deeply connected, and better prepared to face life’s challenges together.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy. As an EMDR Somatic Therapy Practitioner, I believe much of our suffering is stored in the body. I use mindfulness-based techniques to process both explicit and implicit trauma, reorganize survival responses, and create more space within ourselves to live freely. My style also integrates Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to honor and understand your past so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
I trust your inner wisdom and feel honored to participate in your growth—reflecting on your story with intention, holding space for both your pain and your joy, and working together to care for your whole self as you move toward a more fulfilling and empowered life. I look forward to learning what is most important to you in therapy and supporting you in reaching your goals.
