It doesn’t matter if I am seeing an individual, couple, or family, I still firmly believe each and every client deserves dedicated time and effort toward personal growth through therapy. I became a therapist to help people both see their own intrinsic worth, as well as help them better understand their loved ones. Growth occurs when clients are willing to learn more about how they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. My hope, as a therapist, is to act as a support for you in this journey.
No matter who you are, everyone experiences trauma in their life, big and small. Trauma should not hinder anyone from living a fully satisfying life. My clinical experience has included working with clients who have experienced different types of traumas.

You feel stuck

You don’t know how to change or what to change to make things better. You have tried everything you can think of, but the anxiety, sadness, and anger just won’t go away.

You are so frustrated.

You know your relationships are unhealthy, but you have no idea what to do differently to improve them. Why does it seem all that you do (and you do a lot!) is never enough? You try to communicate positively, but usually feel misunderstoodYou just want to feel heard and validated.

You are beginning to feel like you are not enough…like you are defective somehow. It seems like everyone else has their lives together, so why don’t you? You are not even sure who you are anymore.

The good news is that there is help! Therapy is an amazing tool to help you get back to yourself.

It’s time to kick those feelings of worthlessness to the curb and realize how amazing you really are! You are valuable and worthy. Come discover what it looks like to create healthy relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners. Learn to set limits and honor your feelings by giving them room to breathe.

We can navigate this together. You don’t have to do this alone!
