Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, contributing to the overall mental health and well-being of our community. Must be willing to carry a full caseload of 18+ client hours per week and have availability for 1 evening. We are open to both licensed and pre-licensed therapists. Strong preference for those who are experienced in working with couples, children/teens, trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. We will handle all of the referrals so you can focus on seeing clients. You get to determine and set your work hour schedule and work with a very supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Current AMFT, ACPP, or ACSW or LMFT registration and compliance with licensing requirements
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
